Can you hang out there? I find myself trying to hurry up and make something happen. I know it's called Chill for a reason. You work so hard sometimes to break posture, get hand to the mat, clear the neck that I get scared I will lose it. Got to learn to Chill.
Once I get there I feel good. Try to work Invisible Collar since it's much better control.

Def comfortable. More so than MC or NY. Basically cause it doesn't matter what my opponent does ill have an answer. So really you can just chill and allow them to dictate what you tap them with :)
I was very comfy, till that little move where they stack you on their knuckles. Now I double bag instead of Zombie, or pump ;)
My hip and ribs are still f'ed up...
I don't like to chill in chill dawg because I feel like my opponent can limp arm out.

Not a troll at all! The Rubber Stamp has changed my game. It's 100% legit! I still don't have full range of my hip movement, I know ribs take forever to heal, I guess a little longer when they're popped at the spine... Now I am using double bagger, or just not hanging out after hitting the Zombie. When I got hurt from it, I was trying to let a new student work a pass/ guard break, and he was grinding away, It was uncomfortable, but nothing major, and I didn't know the move was legit "at the time". So I let him try and figure out it wasn't working, and go to another strategy/tech. He didn't, so I swept. But I'm still paying for the choice to "let him figure it out" LoL! invisible collar can give you a breather and you can tap people with it if you make the right adjustments.
I'm about your size and have a lot of trouble keeping guys from forcing over the unsecured leg - the guys are 100% right about the squeeze, hugging that knee and getting that opposite leg tight on their ribs, but while you're working on that you can try using that weakness and a little hip flexability as bait for the Carni: From Chill Dog you can sit far out on the off side hip (which will tighten your leg around their shoulder) and slip your attacking foot behind the knee of the free leg. From there he can pull back and lead you into an Omaplata, or force his way foreward (and usually over the free leg) right into the Carni.
Haven't seen an effective counter to it yet (I'm sure Brent's working on something...) aside from freak core strength, and once guys realize you can crank out their arm they'll have to give you more time in Chill Dog to work the position.
