Fuck that nonsense, HEMP PROTEIN bitchesss!!!
Pineapple, grape, orange+hemp=Fucking BALLER...SON.
(drunk now, so yeah)
Whey is great, but be warned it's common to fart face melting death gas. Just saying. Whey is a protein isolate, every protein shake is some kind of protein isolate, just depends on where the protein comes from. Soy protein isn't "bad" and won't make you (or women) grow huge tits. Soy in large quantities will suppress testosterone production though, so don't make it your only protein source (for male or female). If whey turns your ass into a leaking zepplin, try casein(milk) isolate protein shakes.
An average athlete (most of us) needs .7grams protein per pound of body weight per day, an olympian level athlete needs 1g or more per pound of body weight per day. This is to maintain or build muscle mass.
All the test boosting shit, and stimulant shit, that's for chads and bodybuilders, you don't need it.
If you have a comfy spending budget and a big appetite, you don't need supplements at all, just eat high protein and high natural fat foods and you will be just fine.
for real! it doesn't taste like shit and it isn't made in a lab. plus it's high in fiber and basically the perfect food. buy it in bulk on amazon for the best price and keep it in the freezer

Approximately 44% of the weight of hempseed is healthy edible oils, containing about 80% essential fatty acids (EFAs); i.e., linoleic acid, omega-6 (LA, 55%), alpha-linolenic acid, omega-3 (ALA, 22%), in addition to gamma-linolenic acid, omega-6 (GLA, 1–4%) and stearidonic acid, omega-3 (SDA, 0–2%). Proteins (including edestin) are the other major component (33%), second only to soy (35%). Hempseeds amino acid profile is close to "complete" when compared to more common sources of proteins such as meat, milk, eggs and soy.[23] The proportions of linoleic acid and alpha-linolenic acid in one tablespoon (15 ml) per day of hemp oil easily provides human daily requirements for EFAs. Unlike flaxseed oil, hemp oil can be used continuously without developing a deficiency or other imbalance of EFAs.[24] This has been demonstrated in a clinical study, where the daily ingestion of flaxseed oil decreased the endogenous production of GLA.[24]
Hempseed is usually very safe for those unable to tolerate nuts, gluten, lactose, and sugar. In fact, there are no known allergies to hemp foods.[citation needed] Hempseed contains no gluten and therefore would not trigger symptoms of celiac disease.[citation needed]
