Honestly... let him back in... put him on the Undercard and give him a shot.
Tim is not good enough to compete in the Heavyweight division in the UFC! The Heavyweights now are on another level!
I dont think he can compete with the top but honestly some of the heavyweights he named that are in the UFC he could walk through pretty decisively imo. I dont like him but theyve given worse guys 2nd chances (karo).Quote:

Personally, i woulnd't want to watch him fight. IMO he was never really entertaining beyond just being a really big guy. But now the big guys are athletic. I can't think of anything he brings to the table besides size and experience. Other HW's are excellent strikers. Sylvia's not. Others are great wrestlers. Sylvia isn't. Others are good JJ guys. Sylvia isn't. What does he bring to the table?
I don't see any kind of reason to bring him back other than to be a punching bag for a new up and comer.
He called out Stephen Struve, or however you spell it. I'd watch that fight =D.

Like I said, I dont like the guy but his record is outstanding as far as pure numbers go. Quality of opponents....obviously thats a whole nother story. He is a big dude put him against another big dude like Carwin lol.

I don't think people like Sean Mccorkle and Struve can beat Silvia. Yeah overeem, JDS, Cain will mop the floors with his ass, but except those guys, there are a couple people who will have a %50-%50 with Tim, the rest will usually lose. Tim has a large frame, 265 pounds ( if he really trains and eats like a fighter), very long reach, lots of experience and a fairly good boxing game, where he throws combinations and fast one-two's making the most of his reach. He is not the typical haymaker heavyweight and believe it or not, he beat most of his opponents Nick Diaz style with accumulated damage. I was very happy that Randy got rid of him, but I would not mind seeing him against the lower echelon of the UFC HW's.
