Job Opening at BeSpun/Legends MMA - Executive Assistant

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT JOB available at BeSpun/Legends MMA (10th Planet HQ)

Duties and Qualifications:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support for 2 company executives.
• Experience in independently researching, gathering information, and problem-solving without specific guidelines or direct supervision
• Create, edit and format documents often from dictation
• Ability to draft reports and correspondence and work independently with minimal direction
• Excellent time management, project monitoring and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to set priorities when faced with a diverse workload and meet and keep track of multiple deadlines
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Advanced skill with Word, Excel, Social Media, Word Press, Google Docs, Mindbody Online
• Excellent oral and written skills including grammar and style; confident team player, self-starter
• Excellent organizational skills and maintain filling system and overall office organization.
• Attend meetings/presentations - providing support, taking notes, assisting
• Handle personal support responsibilities - as needed
• CANDIDATES MUST COMPLETE A SKILLS ASSESSMENT TEST PRIOR TO INTERVIEW.

$10/Hour - Part Time for probationary period $12-$15/hr thereafter based on qualifications. + unlimited membership to Legends MMA and BeSpun.

In 'n out is paying $14 an hour for flipping burgers to 18 year old high school students...lol
Sorry, not trying to hijack thread, and I know this is 10thP forum and it's a 10th P related job opening and I may get flamed for this post but seriously, I just don't understand why you need all these qualifications, and a bachelors degree for a job that pays couple bucks better than min wage...

^ not sure on the average. But when I worked a 9-5, I made $1200-$2000/week as a Carpenter. That was in Kentucky where the cost of living is much lower too. You guys are offering a receptionist salary for an Executive Assistant position. If you want the job to hold the responsibility of said title, then the wages are extremely low IMHO, especially requiring a 4 year degree ;p I know there will be people still interested so good luck! I just wanted to point out you generally get what you pay for. If you shop at the dollar store, don't expect a Rolex :)

Right, but think about it in perspective to what those skills/qualities would earn somewhere else. Compare similar positions not just jobs in general. Pay cut.

That is awful pay for a job that requires a college degree. I have no degree and make 11.50 an hr shipping books, most of the time is spent watching movies while I do it also.
