Henderson does train it though, he actually got a Bronze at brown belt last year the the Worlds

How does the opinion that the gi isn't the best way to train Jiu-Jitsu for MMA ihave anything to do with the fact that Ben Henderson lost a gi match?

He's won a ton of gi and no-gi matches before, and he will again. It's all Jiu-Jitsu man. Hendo has a phenomenal game, and he's legit no matter what he is or isn't wearing. As I said, Bronze at brown belt at the 2011 Worlds.

Yeah I'm not too sure about the "team Jesus" trend going on lately in the UFC... I wonder how the crowd would react if someone start thanking Allah for the victory... I'm not big on religious display.

But back to the video everybody gets caught time to time. One of my guy (blue belt) subbed a black belt who won the pan PAC in the brown belt division...

Yeah I will say my quote (nothing in jest to Hendo I think he's a nice guy was a bit broad. Props to the guy who subbed him though, who knows maybe one day that'll be his Royler Gracie match that launches him into superstardom!

Thank fuckin god! This is nothing against Ben, but that motherfucker leaves that hand on the mat all day every day. Nobody has been able to exploit it that ive seen up until now. Thankyou Daniel Grippaudo. Keep him honest.
