My student and friend, Nathan Cybul, won his division at the Columbian National Jiu Jitsu Championships today! Nathan is the future for 10th Planet in Columbia. Way to represent 10th Planet, Nathan! So happy for you. I will be going to Columbia next month to coach his boys and kick their asses. :)

Thanks. Nathan is working really hard at building a 10th Planet Team in Columbia. He's met a lot of resistance along the way, but he keeps going at it. And today, he wins the Columbia Nationals. So proud of him. :)

As a mere spectator, I adore seeing MMA and jiu jitsu spread throughout the planet. Nothing makes me happier than these international events like One FC, Super Fight League, etc. It's beyond corny to say but it really does make the world seem like a smaller place. Can't wait to see your videos!
Btw, Nathan entered the absolute after winning Gold in his division. He got Silver in the absolute. Great work, Nathan. :)

I couldnt finish the arm triangle i tried pushing the legs like you teach in the mts 33, and didnt work, then i put my pelvis in the matt didnt work. Louis said we r gonna work on that. advice would be super great thanks
