Just joined up and wanted to say Hi.

Hi guys,

Just joined up as i've only recently, last two months or so, took up jiu jitsu. Had done taekwondo from the age of 11 til 17 and stopped training til now, i'm just going 24. Kept putting it off but now i'm just happy to be getting back into something. Been listening to the joe rogan podcast for the last 6 months or so and thats what has inspired me to get back into training.
Just wanted to say whats up and look forward to getting to know you's and of course getting as much knowledge from the site.

now that you are here, sit back and enjoy all the MTS. Then apply what you remember. Then watch again, and again , and again... i love bringing every new nugget into the gym(they havent seen this yet).

not too many gyms that focus on martial arts solely, its really just classes in certain leisure centres or gyms. i know a couple of guys who recommended SBG as the place to go and i wouldn't disagree. really enjoying getting back into it.

Still trying to figure out the right nutrition, as when i was doing tkd, it never crossed my mind at that age!

Also how many times to train per week without overdoing it but ensuring i get the most out of it.

Look forward to checking the forums out and finding some answers!

Oh yeah i gotta ask, we don't have olive garden over here.. is it a good or bad restaurant??

Olive Garden....meh its so so....

Olive Garden is Americanized wanna be Italian fare. Very far from what you get in Italy or even traditional home cooked Italian.

i got the feeling from the way redban talks about it on the podcast it was a pretty bad restaurant and he was taking the piss out of it... never knew definitely though.
