GRACIE WORLDS 2012 update. Who's going?

July 15, San Jose.

What schools are gonna make the trip and how many students are coming?

I want 100 tpjj competitors swarming this event.

To me this is the most important tournament of the year. The sub only format shows who is really the best. No excuses, no controversies, no bias reffing, no stalling, it's perfect.

All my moon instructors who will be making the trip should be sharpening their subs like NOW.

Like in MTS episode 36, Dead Zone days should thrown in at least once a week.

Strong ass competition team so far, I love it :)

My home unit is in San Jose so I will be out there around that time. I have to start busting my ass right now. I have never competed outside a Gi and I will only have a month and half of training under my belt when I compete (If I chose to do so). Guess I'll just have to get with Denny when I get back and adjust if this the tournament for me or if I should get more training under my belt. But the will is definitely there. Be a good way to hit the ground running.

San Jose is a 45 minute drive from my gym if anyone wants they are more than welcome to come finish training at 10th Planet SF. If you are a paying member off whatever academy in the association you are welcome to come and train for free, all you have to do is message me and let me know who you train with.

At least 4 competitors.

I am sooooooo trying to get the funds for this but my wife has been out of work for 6 weeks with a bad back. Hope to see you all there

We are apply for funding to make it happen, if it's a no go we'll have to cut it down to 6 people but you'll have the "black sheep squad" entering it ;)

It's not set in stone yet but it looks like Me 170, Trashbag 185, Big John(Hercules)possibly 205 or heavy, The Southie(Boston Ben) 170 , and hopefully Joey Z 155 and Panda 205 maybe 185. Should be fun.

San Jose is a 8 hours from where I live, I have zero connections there but maybe Rose Gracie will, I'll ask :)

For those flying into the bay area, if your coming into Oakland, San Jose and possibly San Francisco Airport I can pick you and take you to whatever hotel your staying at my car seat 5 including myself it's a two-door but hit me up. I don't mind if it's see 10P kick some ass!
