I was a sugar, HFCS aholic, for 38 years. I have now been Sugar,HFCS free for 60 days. After 30 days my triglycerides dropped from 300 down to 88. They are supposed to be below 150. Mine had been over 300 for more than 5 years. My HDL went up, LDL went down, total cholesterol went down from 230 to 203. With excercise I went from 175 to 160 in a year, went from 160 to 154 in 30 days without the " Poison". I also cut out white processed flour and most wheat carbs, and no liquid milk, only yogurt and aged cheese. It ain't easy, but if I can anybody can!!
I was the bad guy, high trigs low HDL, as he said I was going to die of a heart attack!! I hope it is not too late.

I'm curious about what you caught that wasn't right. I'm more than 50min into it I haven't pegged anything as particularly suspect. Doesn't mean it's not there, but if it is I missed it.Quote:

It really is about breaking the cycle, so your body doesn't have the cravings to binge. Getting the glucose to shut of the hunger response. I'll be down to St. Paul in April 14th or in May 19th. I plan on coming into your gym to train, maybe I can share some things I've done to kick the addiction.
well artificial sweeteners like aspartame are toxic, they were approved by the FDA because it is so badly run. id avoid all of them, if it tastes really sweet like gatorade zero or cheap protein powder mixes you know its bad.
^^yes^^ avoid the "fakes" also. Aspartame is wicked bad!!
A little something about aspartame that a lot of people don't know is that it was originally intended to be used as a bioweapon.
Also, it is esentially excrement from a bateria that feeds off excrement. So when you eat it, you're eating poo from a bug that lives off poo.
