If I'm interpreting the fightpass page correctly its just the prelims that're free but the main card is ppv (like a numbered UFC event) https://www.ufc.tv/video/combat-jiu-jitsu-worlds-1

Adding the palm strikes wasn’t about adding TKOs, although they will happen from time to time. The palm strikes were added to open up submissions and to focus on more realistic Jiu JitsuQuote:
