Dumb & nerdy stretching question

Hey guys,

I was just wondering what the best technique was to stretch while sitting?

I sit for a lot of the days and am looking for some techniques that can improve my leg flexibility. Any personal suggestions?

Cross legs, push down on knee. Don't know what it's called, but it works well for me.
