MTS Episodes that kick ass

Hey guys,

I've found that the last 3 MTS episodes have been absolutely awesome and really started to sink in a lot more. I started watching them whilst working out to get extra time with the content even though I'll sit and watch them first.

What's your methods to get the best out of the online learning and what are the best MTS episodes for you?

What I try to do is focus on one a week. During rolling I'll focus on using what I learned aggressively. Might mean you limit yourself or put yourself in a lot of rough positions but that's how you really get to learn the ins-and-outs.
