It happened twice in training recently where I have invisible collar, they put their left hand on the mat, I high double bag, put get my left leg on their face zombie the left arm, get my right leg in front but then they stand up and their left arm twists inward and either am only putting pressure on the first (right) arm or not at all and they slip out. How can I stop the 2nd (left) arm from turning in?
