Thank you, the school I train at is good but it is strictly gi training. Once I finish my last year of college this year, I am going to be moving near Charlotte, NC to train at 10th Planet Charlotte.

Once this tournament was over we stopped doing nogi. So, I guess its only on certain occasions.
