Chris Lytle is hosting a free MMA seminar tomorrow at our gym if anyone in the area is interested. Bunch of good stuff including Boxing, Wrestling, Judo, & 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu. Chris and a partner are hosting this to help promote their new local MMA fight promotion called Midwest Fight Series.
