Howdy,
I am looking into updating my leg lock game. I am not yet quite familiar with the heel hook where you trap your opponent's arm between your feet (as demonstrated in mts 133 around the 16:00 mark). I am looking for a detailed explanation of the move. I would appreciate it if someone could pin point me to the original episode,time, movement name..

Dark Arts? I like the sound of that. I tried to mimic what I saw but my partner just gets his arm out every time, not sure what I am missing?
