NEW Site Bar?

So I logged-in today and saw that we have a NEW site bar at the top. Is this right? Or has it always been there but I haven't noticed it until now?

The bar has Your Name with a drop-down of "Edit My Profile", "Dashboard", & "Log-Out". Next to Your Name is Add New with a drop-down of "Post", "Technique", & "Location". Lastly next to Add New is Comments.

When you click on the Comments tab it takes you to 10th Planet Jiu-Jitsu WordPress. ? What is this and how can we use it? Mr. Scott Elkin could you or someone give a little insight to this NEW Site Bar?

:) Sorry, but I did try to do a search before I posted but I got a bunch of other posts that were not related. I guess my keyword was not good enough. But from what I can tell from your post there's still no guide to the NEW dashboard.? I guess I'll just mess around with it and try to figure it out.
