I'm trying to save money because I spend about $50 per work week on lunch. I get a salad and a chicken salad sandwich on wheat 5 days a week. That keeps me full until jiu jitsu class.
What's an easily prepared, inexpensive lunch that'll give me enough energy for the day? I suppose I could make my own salads and what not, but by lunch time the lettuce gets all wilted.
Any suggestions? What fuels you guys?
