Just wanna know what your guys' personal greatest accomplishment is in JJ so far or favorite moment. Was it a belt promotion, a specific win, or just being surrounded by great people everyday. Mine would be the ladder. I love everything about JJ, and want you guys to share yours. Maybe I can show this thread to some friends to get them finally involved in the greatest thing in my life haha!
Getting my blue belt from Eddie. I almost shit my pants.. was so unexpected..Lookin forward to seeing eddie again in oct so i can show him how i have grown not only in JJ but in life because of the system.

Aside from having a great team to train alongside, many of whom I now consider my friends, I'd have to say it was getting my blue belt last December from my instructor at Ricardo Liborio's seminar. It was a great feeling, for sure.

Being able to step on the mat everyday and train! Other than that heel hooking black belt in under a minute that is a 3 time pan ams champ
Gaining respect from those whom I greatly expect. Watching the positive changes and overall life enrichment of those I have exposed to 10p. Winning tournaments in expert/advanced/purple divisions. My belt.
Finding a true passion that will always allow me to enjoy my life and grow with cool mother fuckers.
The quit confidence that I could kill everyman in the room. When you never feel threatened and have nothing to prove, this humble perspective is good for all who embrace their manhood.

getting my Brown from Eddie Bravo has to be, for me, one of my greatest accomplishments in my Jiu Jitsu life.
I'd have to say my most notable accomplishment was winning my first Ammy fight against a guy who was supposed to steamroll me. I was 0-0 and he was 5-2 ready to go pro. Jiu-Jitsu works miracles!
