Thank you all very much for hosting such a great event today! Congratulations to everyone who competed, you couldn't ask for a cooler convergence of people than were at the Submission Grand Prix today! My teammates and I all had a blast. We are looking forward to seeing all of you guys and gals again soon! Thanks again for everything!

Picked this up off of submissions 101 a few years ago...
Thanks for coming out guys. I had a blast! I just cant wait to be able to compete in the next one! If I fight the addiction and stay off the mats other than teaching, my injuries should be healed by then. It was hard to sit back and ref without being able to coach my guys.
We did have to move some guys up in weight classes due to shortage in a few divisions and I was really surprised and grateful that nobody bitched. True warriors!
Dylan's crew was amazing. Great group of guys an gals! They all did great! And Jeremy Gould, our 10th Planet Ronin brotha...did awesome and placed 2nd in his division...so big ups to him!
It was also great to have one of our favorite local gyms, Fight Science/Brad Maddox BJJ, come out with their crew...Logan Cook being of them. That crew did really well also and they are all just a great group of humble dudes.

Thanks Jeremy! All the glory goes to the competitors, MMA Fit Club, Coach Mike Tom, and our coaches/students that helped with everything. If it wasn't for these people, it never would've happened. Really looking forward to the next one in December.

My friend and teammate Casey Kiger's first match in the novice light heavyweight division (IIRC). He gets caught in the end but he put up a great fight!

My teammate Casey Kiger's match for second or third place (can't recall which, i want to say second though). Believe it or not this was his first ever Von Fluke choke, he had never even hit one in the gym before this, i'm super proud of him!

My friend and teammate Nick Kroegher's first match in the novice middleweight division against Jessica Ehrnreiter (sic?) Due to lack of competitors and some awesome chicks with tons of heart and courage a few ladies competed in the guys divisions. Huge props to those girls! You all kick ass, i rolled Jessica after the competition ended and was blown away by how talented she is!

These are all of the videos i have. I hope someone got Bradley Maddox and Luis Guererro's (sic?) incredible 20 minute war to tie for first in their division on video, it was a crazy, grueling battle!
