Covering ground with forward momentum whilst striking is asking to be counter punched. Just like Grappling, striking is about base and balance. You over commit, you feel the BANG!
Ive fought on that promotion. That guy is reckin fools because there are no big technical guys around here. And PEds. But thats really a non issue if he ever fights a game opponent. I wanna see him tested. In the ring, I know how the urinalysis would go.
