Big Thankyou to Louis Ho

Was in Montreal last week and swung by 10th Planet MTL where I had the pleasure of training with Louis.
Great teacher who really takes his time and made the experience thoroughly enjoyable.

I highly recommend swinging by his gym if you are in MTL. You won't regret it!
