i put my free arm on the choke and wrap my trapped arm behind their back and pick them up to my lap. now im kneeling with them on my lap. buck your head back and swim your arm from their back and feed it between the choke and drive down with both arms and simultaneously look to the sky.
if you are on your side, tuck your chin and hope you can escape when he tires from crushing your face
It depends on what exact position ur bodies are in but you should always shrug like ur life depends on it and at least one of ur hands pulling the choking wrist.
Put your near (to them) forearm on their hip to create space. Your other hand fights the choke. From there you can turn away and escape or get an angle and slam them. Works great. Maybe I'll make a vid of it.
