This guard pull is nasty! Been drilling it for 2 days straight and its getting clean. Really like it! Plus the setup to the armbar is so smooth and its right in the armpit already. Beautiful!
I've been drilling this a bit,it's pretty legit.
10P Birmingham have been going in hard with this, Mick loved it the moment he saw it and we have drilled it every weds for a couple weeks, I wonder if it will feature again this evening

I still feel that the one moment your opponent's posture isn't broken he can drive your head into the mat trying to get a KO. ANyone else seeing this?
