The title pretty much says it all. Been dealing with asthma for years but it's getting WAY worse as I get older.
I'm on a daily medication and I still have to hit my inhaler pretty much every class. I'm wondering if anyone has any tips I could try so that I'm not constantly having to put myself in time out all the time.
One thing you can try is switching to a Ketogenic diet. There are many reports of people getting significant relief from Asthma using this diet.

Yeah, I for sure don't use it every time because it gives me the shakes, and if it's later in the evening I can't sleep. My dr said the same thing, if I rely on it too much it can start dependency.Quote:
