Cutting weight
I have been wanting to cut down to 145 and I weight 160, I have looked all over the internet to find a good diet plan to cut the weight but nothing seems to work. I am just wondering if anyone knows a good diet plan to cut 15lb. It isn't for a fight or anything just when I would roll I felt more comfortable at 145 when I weighted that. Also, What kind of work out would you recommend for the weight cut too. Thanks

This is basically me as well. Getting to 155 is easy; however, my ideal competition weight is 145, and those last 10 pounds seem much more difficult.

Low carb low fat low suga. Cardio and weights. Done right this will get you to 10% body fat.

2 gallons of water,lots and lots of salads,1200 diet and yu will be thier in 8 weeks...

but, it's more for cutting weight and putting it right back on ex. fight, tourney etc etc...
