Hey guys, this weekend was another installment of checkmate sub only.
I competed at 155 and under, although my natural weight to compete at is 145.
I've been feeling less drained more energy, and more efficient at 155 with NO CUT.

Me vs my own student Alec who is 16 and killing it. Trains with me 6-7 days a week 1-3x a day. He only lost to us purple belts that day and brought the heat.
