MTS videos offline

Hey people

I spend a couple of hours travelling to and from work every day and would love to put that time to good use catching up on the MTS videos (I've got quite a backlog and technique-wise there are a few I want to be able to regularly re-watch).

Unfortunately most of this time is on the underground (London train) so I don't have an active wifi or cell connection.

Has anyone worked out a way to watch the MTS episodes offline?

I guess an option would be to try and buffer the whole video in advance, though I often find this hit or miss in practice.
