Unfortunately Billy Meier is considered one of the biggest hoaxers in Ufology. Stanton Friedman and Jacques Vallee two of the most respected Ufologist has disputed Meier's claims several times and consider him a hoaxer. Heres Meier's own wife exposing Meier:

I watched the first dozen or so. It's crazy cuz there's alot of really interesting concepts but the pictures just look so cheesy. Either way I thought it was pretty cool.

I'm conflicted, He did pass a " Lie Detector test " & all of his photos have been anylized, No one has come forward and said it's them in the Alien pictures, in the same video I saw an analysis done by others that show the " Tree limbs Moving " CIA planes followed him on the regular.
