Thank you all. I normally walk around 151 to 154 but somehow or another I hit 159. Was hella worried about the extreme muscle difference but just went in there and did my thing and it all worked out. Couldn't have done it without this website and Bobbys extreme attention to detail while coaching me on the mats. Also must thank Eddie for making such useful additions to my jiu jitsu game readily available. REPS REPS REPS and mat time with quality training partners! And I must say, Cornbread turned out to be legit after all.
And yes Chris, it was in Ft. Walton at the Emerald Coast Community Center or something. The Capitao guys were holding it and I must say, they have a very respectable program though could use a little 10p in it up.
