I rolled with some guy that has 30 pounds on me, his only move on everyone is to take north-south and sit on your face. the only option is to tap out of disgust, or wait until he grabs an arm, and tap then.

Wow that sucks
Time it n turtle up as he goes to north south. U can also snatch a leg n cut the corner before he settles in.
i) get your arms in good posture (t-rex 'em)
ii) big bridge up
iii) when your hips and body come back down, keep your arms at the same point as where they were when you hit the highest point when you bridged up (this will create a nice frame)
iv) pull your knees in between you and the frame created by your arms, when you do that also try to grab the inside triceps of your opponent so they are on your knees/shins you just pulled in
v) from there you have space to try and spin into your guard, or maybe grab their wrists and pressure the inside of their elbows with your shins (then you can put more pressure on the inside of one of their elbows and then turn to that side to kind of sweep or disrupt them and again try to guard-up or scramble)
Dude, that title is the funniest thread title I've ever seen
I actually have a story similar to this. There was this guy that came to roll often and his name was James. James wore the same grey sweat pants to every class. They had shit stains on them and everything. One of my friends said he saw him at the grocery store wearing them, mowing the lawn wearing them, taking his kids to school wearing them, everywhere James went he wore those pants. Well one day I was rolling with him (yea I didn't care I love to roll) and I swept him over when he was in my guard, everyone yelled and I thought they were applauding my sweep. It turns out as I got up and turned around James was pulling his pants up. He was a fat guy. My instructor said it looked like a big ole white washer and a big ole white dryer side by side (referring to his ass). After that I didn't roll with him anymore.
