triangle! but I've been playing with the Darce lately and i like! specially when you always find yourself in that front headlock position, but the beauty of the Darce is it can be initiated from many positions too!
Mine would have to be the twister and darce.

Down here we farm the arms. Usually via swim or croc. Personally though, I like flying/rolling anything. Its the transition into more than the sub itself for me.
Twisters and anything after kung fu move!
would have to say the arm triangle find myself hitting it a lot right now. Or arm bar from spiderweb.

Marcellotine is my favorite but I love the Darce, Jnt and Anaconda choke too.
Sorcerer,everyone loves to try and pull that foot off their throat when I wanna go for the gogo so I just take the extra step and go for the sorcerer.Also the triangle from full mount.

Arm triangle from the back-mount transition. Seems to present itself a lot.

I agree with Herzog and Dawna, any kind of choke. Ultimate control in my opinion. I am partial to the darce, and japanese neck tie. After that, one armed kimura/giant killer.
