Thanks for the write up man! I'm new to Kodi myself but currently have an ample amount of time to learn. I thought I had reached the end of the interwebs a few months back but apparently I was wrong.

Thanks for the write up man! I'm new to Kodi myself but currently have an ample amount of time to learn. I thought I had reached the end of the interwebs a few months back but apparently I was wrong.
I've received a lot of emails from 10th Planet heads and sent out 1 box so far. They are on sale this weekend, so email me if you're interested. These things are legit!
not to rain on your boxes, but Kodi can be downloaded to anything for free and stream just the same. I have it on a couple laptops and love it!
For sure, read all my posts. I have it on my phone for free as well, but there are exclusive add ons you can't get anywhere else. Ie: ChannelUp.tv, Dragon Streams etc.
Not to mention it's an HDMI cord to your tv, so it's easier than watching on your laptop or phone. Plus, the box can do so much more than just run Kodi. If you own one, you know what I mean!
Kodi is the shit though!
So far I have shipped boxes to Los Angeles, Missouri, New York, and Imperial CA. A couple members of the forum have picked one up and can hopefully vouch for them that they are legit! Let me know if anyone else wants to snag one up, I have a couple more of them to get rid of. Email me - SolicitHipHop@gmail.com
I still have 1 box left! Hit me up if you want it at a fat discount and watch anything you want for free!
All sound great.....BUT is this thing legal?? Is this not call pirating? Not sure if I want people to be able to watch EBI for free with it...;)
It is 100% legal. Here is a quote from my reseller...
"The number one question I have been getting about the StreamSmart TV Box is about the legality of it. How is this legal? Well here it is.....
In an article on Business Insider, Jim Gibson, director of the Intellectual Property Institute at the University of Richmond law school, told Business Insider that streaming online content breaks the law in two cases.
“When the user downloads even part of a file — called “pseudo-streaming” — it counts as a copy of copyrighted material, which is illegal. And when the user streams content as a “public performance” — namely, when it’s shown to a substantial number of people outside the normal family circle and its close acquaintances — it also constitutes a copyright violation.
Outside of these cases, accessing unlicensed streamed content is generally legal.”
StreamSmart does not fall under either of these cases. StreamSmart will stay legal as long as the Internet stays legal.
STREAMSMART does not host, archive, store, or distribute media of any kind and acts only as an index of media which is hosted by third parties on the Internet. StreamSmart in no way condones Pirating and any downloading of media to the device is prohibited. The media is streamed to your TV but never stored, retained, or downloaded."
