Hey guys!
When going flying gogo clinch, is there a reason to get a deep overhook? What about grabbing his tricep and closing your elbow, does this greatly reduces the control? because if the arm isn't deep, it becomes way easier to let go of the overhook to block cartwheels or go to the gogo clinch.
What do you guys think about that?
