Working on Flexibiliy
Does anyone have any routines or tips for increasing flexibility? Also tips for the shoulder rolling?
Kinda curious about yoga moves I did see the lotus can only do single, and I did see the butterfly stretch.
New to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu always been interested but since the quarantine, I figured I would use the time to learn some new stuff.

But yoga helps as it teaches you to breathe deep into the stretch, try yoga for bjj as its more orientated to what we do, or there are tons of jiujitsu guys on youtube that you can check out.
As for shoulder rolling, im assuming you mean granby rolling, again loads of stuff on youtube but just warm your neck and shoulders up with some rotations, then just roll back as far as you can go and just chill there and breathe and over time you body will adapt and it will get easier till your toes can touch the mat and then you can play around with it.
Hope this helps and good luck with it all.
