Just an update on the warm ups: Been tweaking and revamping the warm ups, there are so many different techniques that could be included but we don't have time to include every single technique otherwise we'd have 1000 warm up sets and that would hurt the system instead of improve it. I gotta keep it at 8 warm up sets so we can keep it on a 2 week cycle, so picking and choosing what I feel is best for you and the system is gonna take a little more time but I'm pretty sure I got it down now. For now keep rotating A thru D until E thru H are solidified.
I am going to make a 7 minute video of all the warm up series, no teaching, Jason Scully style, for instant reference. I've been putting it off until all the tweaking has been complete. I've been test driving the new warm ups religiously at HQ, they are almost all tweaked out. :-)
