Start planning for the Midwest Pan Ams Camp!!

The 10th Planet Midwest Pan Ams Camp is just around the corner, September 20-22nd, featuring Black and Brown Belt instructors and hosted by Fit 2 Fight's 10th Planet Springfield, MO in one of the nicest gyms in the midwest.

This camp is geared towards preparing competitors for any competition, but especially the IBJJF Pan Jiu Jitsu No Gi Championships coming up Sept 28th in New York City. Winning tournaments like these is huge when it comes to repping the 10th planet banner! If your goal is to compete at the Pan Ams or improve the ways you train for local tournaments you have to get these dates booked on your calendar. This camp is guaranteed to improve your jiu jitsu game.

The camp will be split daily sessions revolving around situational drilling and rolling.

The situational drilling will sharpen the most useful areas of your game (i.e. one person holds side control while one person tries to escape, small groups have one person start in guard with fresh teammates rotating in and trying to pass, or conditioning based repetitive leg drag drills, etc.)

The other huge portion will be rolling time with competitors from other gyms. Your home gym rolling partners know your A game and shut it down before you even get a chance to get your reps in sometimes, and this is a chance to catch someone offguard and see where your game needs sharpening to get it tournament ready. Even if you don't have any plans on competing on a top level, this camp will help show you how to support your teammates that do by being the best competitive rolling partner you can be.

The training camp will even include a special IBJJF rules primer with question and answer session presented by a certified IBJJF referee. You will know the ins and outs of the quirky "advantage" game, reaping rules and other details to make competition in one of the most recognized Jiu Jitsu organizations a positive experience.

The spots will be limited, and it is highly encouraged to come in as well conditioned as possible. The daily training sessions will push your limits and sharpen your skill sets.
