For those of you who don't know my story, before doing BJJ I was a mess in every way a person can be a mess.

I've transformed my life to the point that people who knew me 10 years ago don't recognize me. It wasn't easy and BJJ played a big role in helping me.

However, it wasn't just jiu jitsu that saved me. It was wanting to change and doing several things in different aspects of life that made it possible.

In my opinion, to be happy, you have to be healthy physically, emotionally, and financially.
