i know exactly what you mean. The ankle of his trapped leg rotates in as far as it can go, so the whole shin and foot are basically flush with your ass, and it can be hard to get "inside" that foot to lockdown. There's a lot you can do, but honestly, the simplest answer is to hip escape. The farther out you are, the better the angle to weasel your outside foot in behind his knee. Then you can just make space for your inside leg to come through.
Or, keep in mind that when he does this, he is flaring his knee out a little. Hip out, stick in a butterfly hook with your free leg, and then get "perfect 1/2 guard" (underhook on near side, wrist or arm control on the other to block the cross face). This way, you can threaten a simple sweep (pull on far arm, elevate with butterfly hook). If he stops it by posting his far leg, you can take full guard or deep half. If he tries to ride it out with balance, he will basically pop up and then back down. While he is popping up and back down, you can either A) replace a full butterfly or closed guard, or B) open your legs real quick and basically let him drop into your lockdown, closing it as he does. I have a lot of luck with this. If you get good at it, you can even do it when the other guy has proper head and arm control instead of you.

I trained today with my friend and tried things you suggested but with no result... Its really hard if he figure 4 hes legs so I can't get lockdown... if someone doesen't still get idea eddie does it in MTS 2 in no hands pass to arm triangle about 20:30-21:30
Super stomp is impossible cos hes other leg is so close to your but and you can't insert your butterfly hook with your outside leg even if u help with hand. hip escape is hard also when hes holding your head. Best result i got when I just tried just sit up cos hes knees are far from each other.
More advice to my problem are welcome :)

Get some traditional halfguard basic attacks/sweeps so you can give him a different look when he plays your lockdown like that.
You could at least off-balance/threaten him enough to make him un-figure-four his legs, then you could switch back to your lockdown when it presents itself.

If your opponent has hi leg triangled, I have a lot of success using my outside foot under my inside leg and stomping in the hole his triangle creates and then straightening my outside leg out and forcing lockdown after straightening his leg out. The other position sounds like a twister pass. You should really make him uncomfortable by bench pressing him down your legs or going 100% but triangle your legs tight if you cant get to lockdown. Really forcing him away from the trapped leg to get him to turn back and face you to get that leg back down. Dropping to quarter guard mini stomp to lockdown is really effective as pointed out above.

I agree on the comment about working your traditional 1/2 guard. If he triangles his legs, I usually find it easy to either recover guard through that space, or take his back (if he defends, you usually at least get the sweep).

If a guy's triangled his legs, you should prolly forget about lockdown, work on hand fighting to 100% and sweep the dude in the direction where he's compromised his base. There's also a lot of half guard and quarter guard sweeps you should be working on for when you can't get lockdown anyway. Try to remember that if one position or technique isn't open, another one prolly will be.
I guess the Super Stomp works too, but it seems like your opponent knows you want lockdown so he's prolly going to figure out another way to shut it down if you do secure the position. But that's just my opinion on the matter. I like using lockdown, but I like being tricky and unpredictable more.
