I had a huge thing to post then it didn't go so I took it as a sign that it was a bit to something other than bullshit. So instead ill just tell anyone who reads this take a good multivitamin and if its one of those you get to take more then one pill a day to get 1 serving then space it out take it a few times int he day to take the whole serving. Its great helped so much in my life.. And a good omega supplement 3,6,9 ration 3:1:1 ratio. Cuz yall role its amazing for joints. Try it if your cheap and got a costco card you can get their base line of both for like 40$ or so and get 3months worth. I spend cash on mine but if you don't want to spend cash. I personally like new chapter but they don't pay me so I'm just saying it cuz it doesn't hurt my belly if I take it on an empty tummy.
