Rion Almeida hitting the upside down Lotus

My son Rion before training at 10th Planet Riverside last friday, throwing up the upside down lotus without using his hands.

thanks, he has been able to do it on the ground for awhile, but now he has it mastered doing it upside down without using his hands.

he will be ready for his black belt for sure.

know if he did a head spin it would be the ultimate breaking move.

he can do it with a head spin, maybe next time we will video it with a head spin.

then eddie will make it mandatory to get a black belt.
