I don't even wear the shoes, I raw dog it. It has improved my balance and I feel it's benefits when I am sparring MMA rounds up on my toes. I recommend the book BAREFOOT RUNNING by Michael Sandler. Barefoot running...who would have that that progression means going back to the basics.

Thanks to Ian Quinto for this thread. I live in the UK and have never heard of these Vibram shoe things before but they look very interesting. It was also good to see that you can jog bare feet afterall. One of the reasons I stopped jogging was because I thought it was bad for your joints and in bare foot it would be dangerous with glass etc.
I've learnt so much amazing shit in this site! It's awesome!
