Comeback win Sub League Champion!!
The sub league tournament series basically works like this: there are two qualifier tournaments where the top five from each division go to the championship tournament. Here they combine the top five from each qualifier and round robin style competition for the "champions". Well I went to the second qualifier for the sub league tournament in march and placed last in my division luckily there was only four guys and i qualified by default. I was 0-3-1 at this qualifier. I was extremely upset with myself and wanted to wait for awhile before i competed again... I was convinced to compete for the experience in the championship. At the championship i went 3-1-0 for first place, and also winning the fastest tap (13 second armbar) out of all male competitors. I competed against the same people as before and the only difference was my mindset and preparation. I told myself ahead of my matches that I would give them a run for their money and as it turns out I sure as hell did!!!
