Urijah Faber will never hold a UFC title ever. 5 blown title shots. Wow.
I thought the Faber Barao fight was ok. Certainly didn't deserve the entire moronic crowd booing at them. The Lombard Boestch fight was a disappointment. The Kongo fight was awful. But the Riddle Clements fight was awesome and a great finish. IMO anyway. :-)
Yeah, by no means the worst PPV ever, some of the fighters played it way too safe even when they were in the position to finish a bunch of times. a few boos were called for in the Faber Barao fight, but definitely not as many as they gave, i was backing Faber all the way and it was disappointing watching him try and stick with the same game plan that hadn't worked from the beginning. It looks like all the great fighters now can adjust quickly to their enemies, hopefully Faber can fix that before it's too late.
The prelims had some pretty good fights too, including the tied fastest KO in UFC history at 7 seconds, followed by some epic robot dancing all over the octagon lol.
A long card for sure, a sometimes very very boring card, but not the worst.

yea it was a rare boring main card, but the prelims starting with facebook were action packed

I was disappointed in Lombard, I kept hoping he'd get more aggressive, but I was just as disappointed in Boetsch's game plan. He walked backward for 3 rounds and showed litte to no aggression what so ever. I expected much more from both fighters.Quote:

VS Anton Kuivanen, very slick fight, lots of back and forth action on the ground. Plus the Muay Thai clinic Francisco Rivera put on was beautiful to watch.
