nice sweep in 1st match, in 2nd nice survival skills against a good & larger apponent, one nice triangle escaping principle, is to quickly join your knee to your trapped elbow, shift your body over there chest and pop the triangle right open, & you have side control. your at the blue belt & at this level, become like Houdinni, Master of Escapes
Thanks for all the advice guys...the triangle was the least of my concerns...its hard to see in the video but she has my arm left arm and hit an americana on it while in the triangle...my elbow popped and i had to tap...i had nothing left after 20 minutes with her...shes a really good purple belt who has beat the likes of Alaina Hardie and fight pro divisions...she also has 50 lbs on me...i tried to hit some leg locks but she just powered through most of them...tough chick...I think i can do better next time...i clearly have alot to learn...Quote:
