Hey guys, I won using this yesterday at NAGA. I have won a few matches using this move, is it worth making a technique video about, or is too common?

I would love to see a instructional.
+1
Yes please.
I just saw this technique from Gokor a couple days ago. Very nice
Never seen that. Count me in
that looked pretty sweet. I'd love a breakdown!
Oh shit!! Nice
Love it, I use it alot off of 1/2 guard and lockdown sweeps.
Love it.
Chris don't you have a TWIR about these types of knee bars or are they different?
I use it from top and bottom as well...works really well for defending the chokes from failed lockdown positions. Nice work!
Very cool.
My man!! I wish we weren't all competing at the same time!
Really cool technique! My coach and a brown belt at my school are killers with this technique, I've never been able to really get it working in my game but I'll keep trying!
Yep, I've heard that called an "inverted knee-bar" among other things, looked awesome man, congrats!! I also like the name "dog-bar" in all its 10th planet flavor-ness lol. The first I heard of that name was, I believe, from Rob Bradley a few weeks ago. Can I ask where/who the name "dog-bar" came from?
Nice!
I am very successful with this against bigger guys when I go underneath. or if im going underneath and they try to knee slice and their knee pops thru, I take that knee bar home or use it to have them sit to their left hip and I take the sweep and pass. If I can arrange my limbs at the right angle into the sweep, I can finish from the top. Beautiful work Alex and thanks for sharing!
Any break down instructionals?
I try that every time i sweep, its my 1st sub i attempt off a mechanic or Electric chair sweep
:)
Would love to see an instructional man!
