Wow - Sundays seminar at 10th Planet Birmingham (UK) was slick - I wanted to say a massive thank you to Sean and Jeremy for showing us some awesome next level techniques, I started using the Ham Sandwich the next day in rolling!
Also thank you to Mick Broster and Chris Garry for putting on another awesome day of Jiu Jitsu!
