Im down i always try and support the sub only tourentments as much as i can, you get a more of a pure jiu jitsu level of competion out of em. With that being said the are kind of a lot of restrictions for all of the skill levels.
Not really, we have a lot less rules than most other competitions...aside from the first few ufcs....or bloodsport....damn Van Dam!!!

If by restrictions you mean limited subs for blue belts than yes I just looked at there site, same rules as Grappling X pretty much just Sub Only which is cool but I would like to see at least bicep and calf slicers available for blue belts.Quote:
