Does anyone know if the ranked shorts and biomech rash guards are IBJJF legal?
The only type of rashguards that can be IBJJF legal are the plain ones with regular rank sleeves. There at least WAS a line of IBJJF legal 10th Planet ranked rash guards (I have one), but that's a for sure no on the Biomech ones.
Shorts have to be black/white with up to 50% your belt color.
Rash guard can be black/white with at least 10% your belt color, up to 100%.

All that said, I think there is a lot of discretion involved by the ref, so I would always bring a backup top/bottom.
I just competed at American Nationals with our Omaha blue belt rashguard. They said it was good. So that might help with your decision.
The guys that run it down here are super laxed on that. I've seen many different rashguards and refs not really say anything. But then again, it's all about who is running it.
The Biomech one has gone through prior, I've seen guys wear it in the IBJJF. They're stingy bastards though, and are looking for a reason to fuck you over fyi
John and I both have competed in our custom 10p ones. As long as the sleeves are belt ranked you should be good. My sleeve have logos as well the belt color and I haven't had any issues. DISCLAIMER. when they see the 10p logo be sure you finish all your matches with a kill. They will actively fuck you on points and will give ref calls to the other guy.
Not in Australia. :(
Are the exoskeleton ones ibjjf legal??
