More Tae Kwon Joes Please/Expert Interviews
I could go for some more TKJoes. The modification to my kicks has made a big difference. I also want to see the spinning back fist and maybe a few words on stance and if it needs to be different from a MMA stance to throw these better.
I think it would be awesome to feature experts in different martial arts and have them explain the techniques that have found a place in MMA from their system or that they think should have a place. It would have been awesome to have gotten GSP taking about takedowns for example and I would have loved some Judo tips from Ronda Rousey.
Suggestions on who to interview/techniques?
